Hold onto your forks, Medford—Food Truck Third Thursday is back this April 17th and the lineup is serving major flavor. We're talking spicy, savory, sweet, and smoky goodness all in one place—right in the heart of downtown from 5 to 9 PM.
Now that spring is finally here (and yes, we’re manifesting warm weather), it’s time to gather your crew, stretch your legs, and follow your nose to Main Street. Live music will be setting the mood, twinkle lights will be glowing, and the food? Next level.
This month’s culinary cast is 🔥:
- Taqueria Mexican – authentic tacos and bold Mexican flavors
- Crawdaddy’s Cajun – Louisiana heat with all the fixins
- Noodle Wagon – wok-tossed noodle dishes with serious soul
- Empanada Guy – crispy, golden pockets filled with deliciousness

Pro tip: Main Street’s shops will be open late, so in between bites, stop in and support your favorite local spots (or discover some new ones).
