The annual Dickens Festival is going to be here before you know it. Volunteers from the Main Street Merchants have been busy organizing this event since January of this year! This event is massive and we it takes a years worth of work to pull off! I am happy to be part of the small team that brings this event into reality each year!
There is still time to get involved, whether you're an artist, food truck, non profit, sponsor, or volunteer!
Our long time premier sponsor, SJS Title, is supporting the Dickens Festival for another year. Their continued support, along with the dedication of a few volunteers allows this event to happen each year. As a member of the community, and as one of the organizers, and as a business on the street - I am so grateful!

We already have a fabulous line up of food trucks, Artists, and of course entertainers coming to Main Street for this spectacular event!
Artist Vendors must be 100% handmade, this is a juried application with category limits, jury process, etc. Please fill out the application in it's entirety - partially filled out applications or applications without payment will be automatically denied.
Food Trucks are a welcome addition to Dickens Festival! Please be sure when you apply you have your 1. Burlington County Health Certificate,2. Medford Food Handlers License, 3. Certificate of Insurance naming Main Street Merchant & Medford Township as additional insured, and, if necessary a 4. Fire permit from Medford Fire Dept

Entertainment: We have the largest variety of entertainment for the Dickens Festival! If you have a holiday themed, or better yet Victorian era themed idea for entertainment, or you are an existed entertainer with us, please fill out this form to keep in the que!
Non Profit & Community Application: Since the holidays are a season of giving, we offer free spaces for registered non profits, and community organizations that apply. There is limited space, and spaces are not guaranteed. We do require that the groups offer an "on theme value added activity". And we hope you'll be creative with these ideas! Some non profits have chosen things like ornament making, writing letters to Santa, coming dressed as Holiday/Dickens characters, Photo Cut Out stations....etc!
Volunteer! This event requires a lot of volunteers! If you're able to volunteer with us, please sign up below! We also accept High School students looking for hours for their NHS goals!
